Pots and Pans

The article in the local guide yesterday reminded me why I started Pots & Pans.

I’ve always been passionate about food. Long before sourdough, I was making yeast breads, homemade jams and all the comfort foods I grew up with.

At the same time, I found myself fascinated by sourdough, spending hours watching bakers from around the world. Since I already had jars of ferments bubbling away in my kitchen, it felt like the natural next step.

There were plenty of failures and only a few successes at first. But little by little, with a lot of persistence and the support of the people around me, I found my way.

Today, I couldn’t be happier to share a growing range of homemade goodness with you. Thank you for being part of this journey.
